Does anyone use any contact management software?

If you do:
1. What software do you use?
2. How often do you contact your customers?
3. What is the content of your contact material?
4. Do you contact everyone on your contact list or a selection?

If you do not contact your customers regularly, why not?
 
Osgood, The one that I use is Maximiser by Tracker. It is a locally based Co in Melbourne. I will let you know there address in my next post.
Customers can be allocated User defined fields, and any or all can be used to produce reports.These fields are created by you, and can be anything from their football team to anniversary date.
Reports can be by postcode for mailing of specials etc.
You can select an individual or a group as required.
Frequency can be as little or as often as you choose.
Letters Fax headers etc can be stored as templates and mail merged as chosen.
It maybe worth a look for you.

What is your view of Maximiser/Tracker a few years on!!!!!

Have you upgraded to a new version.

BTW thanks for posting the link to Maximiser it looks like a very good product.

I was thinking that Contact Management meant physically making employees and customers do what we want. This is becoming an appealing idea to me...
