Colonial Molding

Colonial has a lot of good products but like so many of our vendors I bet anybody with a resale certificate can buy from them.

I wouldn't worry too much; good pricing if you buy a bunch, but get 'em onesie-twosie and shipping'll kill ya.

I buy ready-mades from them often. I've bought some length in the past, but I would caution: if they say the box of moulding has "some light damage on some of the lengths", you can probably interpret that as "none of it is useable unless someone paints it". I was lucky to be able to sell off that box at cost, which means I lost the cost of me cutting it up and joining the ready-mades out of it.

Molding is the correct US spelling. Of course, we framers like to use the snooty British spelling to make us feel classy. :p

Yeah, like that word we fight over: "Fillet"..... when we could call it another dumb stick that
makes us money.

The proper term for us English or US spelling is framer . . . but MicroSoft doesn't see it that way.

My Windows 7 system offers a choice of spelling - "English - U.S." and "English - Australian" Quite handy.
