College Logos on Mat

Does anyone know where I can get the mats to fit into standard size frames with the school name and logo embossed?
Need Colorado School of Mines and Colorado State
University.

I posted this same question a few months ago and with the help of Grumblers as well as a lot of research on my own I've found that you can't just buy the mats.

What about mats for composites, you know, where there are 30+ oval openings for photos? Is there a source for these that's cheaper (for the customer) than having us do it?
