cmc mat pro problems

I own a viliani cmc pro mat cutter and I was unable to turn on the mat cutter. I have owned the machine for 4 years now and it has been in my garage for the past year.
Would anyone have any suggestions on what could be the problem?
I have reset the breaker and there is power.

Have you reset the 'Emergency Stop Button' on the moving arm ??

Does the software start up correctly. That should give you an indication if the software is 'hand shaking' with the CMC?

Make sure you have about 6 bars of air pressure on the gauge under the machine. When you turn on the red rotary switch on the controller (the big white box), does the mat clamp activate (elevate)?

Check the manual for troubleshooting suggestions and possible malfunctions. For example, I seem to recall that the controller may contain circuit protectors (fuses or circuit breakers?). If so, maybe you need to reset breakers or replace fuses.
