How about "The Anatomy of a Man" by Leonarado. I'm sure it's widely available in different sizes. It is "artsy" but may be to risque for a waiting room...ok for office or treatment room.

Kim,
I do a lot of framing for my chiropractor.
She collects fine art prints of hands. You'd be amazed how many there are like this out there.
I have also framed some basic vertebrae charts for her.
