Anyone had expierence in mounting a uniform for a cheerleader? any pics of how it was done.......tks....

Probably the same way you would do a jersey, swim suit, jacket or any other fabric artwork. Sew, pin, or Attach-EZ. You should be able to find some pitures here.

Trying very hard not to make a bad joke using words from your post... Suffice it to say I read the words in the wrong order. :D

I mounted a whole squad once (just for you Chris).

We did this for a school in SoCal. They girls all signed the skirts, tops, (what the heck do you call those panties), and shoe that they wore to and won the National Championships. I was sewing for a week. If there had been an Attach EZ in 1978, I would have been done by Monday lunch.

Just get the whole premium kit and WATCH the videos.

You should have been done with that project in half a week Baer, seeing that they were all one-legged cheerleaders! :p

Agree use Attach EZ

Here's a mini shadow box sample that we did with a cheerleader.

Cheer Bloomers! I dated a cheerleader during my formative years ;) Do I get a prize?

Once, in my former life, I was backstage at SNL working for a band that was performing and that same night they had the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders in the dressing room across from us. I had a really long ponytail then. Like about to my butt. A few of them came over in a friendly way and asked "can we play with your hair?" In my attempt to be a smooth talker I said "only if I can wear your uniform". ...it sounded cooler in my head than in spoken words. Granted, I had 3 seconds to come up with something.

...so... what were we talking about? Framing?

Oh, those "bloomers" on them looked like they were not exactly form fitting. Those things looked closer to the Storm Troopers uniform than to fabric, as far as flexibility. If these cheerleaders' uniforms are like that, you may need a much stronger needle for sewing down.

Bloomers? Yeah... the twins were... but a couple of the others...

Oh, wait, I was thinking about the girls at Jr College, that I was.... well, we were
over 18 (kind of).
We just called them "Nickers", be we were "nicking them off" any chance. I'm
sure they also used the proper term.... but who had time to pay attentions
when you're not being proper?

Soooo Chris; did the uniform fit? ;)
