Animaux, in Wilmette IL, have a colored American flag frame, product code FAFL300.
They might have one in black & white.

Not a frame, but here might be a good option for you. We found a checkered paper, mounted it to matboard and used that as the mat. With a black frame the customer loved it and it really did look fabulous. Only tricky part was measuring carefully how you cut the board so the checkers come out looking balanced. Good luck!
