Unfortunately these have been discontinued by Chartpak. I searched their website last Autumn looking for for the Decorative Border Designs by Brian Wolf, as they are useful not only in mat decoration but work well in detailed glass etching as shown in my article... Creative Glass Etching.
I phoned Chartpak and they confirmed that they indeed were discontinued some time ago.
If you examine Chartpak's Website, you'll see that this product is not anywhere to be found.
I would grab any inventory that Ellen has available. (Ellen - Please send me a list of the styles/quantities you still have in stock.)
