Certificate Check from "happyscooters.com"

Recently, when I’ve clicked on a thread (doesn’t seem to be specific to any particular forum), sometimes I’ve been presented with a “Certificate Check” challenging me to accept a certificate from “happyscooters.com”.

I refuse, and am returned to The Grumble, but what’s going on?

Agreed. You have some kind of spyware or adware infecting your pc.

To get another opinion, you can do a free web scan at:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
or
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Many av programs (such as AVG FREE) only scan for viri, but not spyware/adware/grayware, etc.

If you don't have an a/v program, I highly recommend KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS 7.0 (one user license is $59, 3 pc license is only $69 per year). The price goes down as you add more pc's and more years.

This is what we use for all of our shop and home pc's.
