Cassese question

We have a Cassese 910 at our shop and a thumbnailer. I've been framing for two years and have always used the thumbnailer. I want to actually start using the Cassese but it's in need of a tune up and or clean up from sitting so long. It doesn't seem to hold the frames tight enough and the pressure of the foot isn't enough either. I guess what I need to know is how to go about making sure it is running in tip top shape. Thanks for any replies. Jay

It sounds as though your air pressure is not high enough. Or is there any leaks in the fittings or air lines.

Air pressure should be anywhere between 80 - 95 pounds depending on brand and wood type.
