Question Cassese CS20 Problems

I have a cassese cs20 that I got just in time for them to close. If I remove the driver it cycles through fine but with the driver it will not work. The manual said for this problem contact customer support. Alignment?

or the wedge hammer is bent, wedge distributor block needs cleaning.
