Out of those two the Cs89 is far better.
Whichever you decide on be aware parts for the cs810 are mostly impossible to source whilst cs89 parts are more plentiful.

I've had my CS89 since 2008. Still love it!
Now that Cassese is out of business, you might also want to look at other machines.
