Opinions Wanted Cash Moulding Sales Of Alabama

Sorry Mitchell, I don't have anything to add but wanted to take this chance to voice a frustration with wholesale vendors. I'm hoping that Cash will see this and I'm hoping that others will see this as well and will wake up from some stupidity.

VENDORS - don't password protect your catalogs. Why do you do this? Stupid, stupid, stupid. Here you are about to get some attention from a forum like the G and none of us that weren't aware of you are able to go into your website and view your selection. Missed opportunity. Also, often you will see that someone here is looking for a match to a moulding. None of us can review your site to see if perhaps you have it, which potentially is costing you a sale. Also, many times during the year I have a customer go to a website to review a moulding (maybe they are showing co-workers or their husband and I didn't send the sample home). How are we supposed to do this if you lock it up? Seriously, wake up and realize that you aren't hiding government secrets.

Again, sorry to interrupt but after reading your post I clicked the link to see what they were about. Guess they aren't interested in me being able to view their selection. Oh well, good luck Mitchell.

We have done business with Cash Moulding since the shop opened 12 years ago. They are our number 1 supplier of mats, moulding, glass, and certain miscellaneous supplies. Their pricing is pretty agressive; they want the business. I see my rep on a regular basis, and the company owner usually stops in my shop once a year to visit and see how things are. They ask me for feedback and I give it, and see improvements afterwards, meaning they are actually listening and responding to their customers. I've never had even 1 issue that was not resolved in my favor, and on MY time-table.
