I have two canvases from Cuba to frame they are about 24 inch by 24inch. the canvas is of the type like sail material. The paint is acrylic and is quite thick the art work is ridged. having unrolled it i would not like to roll it up again. there is only about 1inch of excess around the art

What i would like to know how i should stretch it and how to secure it to a frame

Does anybody out there have any tips

I did two of these recently. They were stretched and then I put ribbon around the edges. Then floated in a frame. There was a recent discussion here where I detailed the ribbon application.
