Question Canvas Strip Lining

I found the information below on an older post. I have an older painting I'd like to apply this to. my question is where to get the supplies?

Check the condition of the canvas carefully. If it's an old canvas it may have deteriorated to the point
where strip-lining may not be be ideal thing. Better to line the whole canvas, i.e. bond it onto a new canvas.
