Does anyone know where I can get 25 holders for Cdn Silver Dollars. They are a bit smaller in Diam. than the American ones.

Do you mean for bank deposits? Ask at your bank, my bank gives me coin rolls for free (empty ones!).

I'm looking for something - (pref the 3 little acrylic hooks that go around the face of the coins) to hold them flat against a matteboard without gluing them.

There are some Mighty Mounts that are adjustable. I don’t know how small you can make them, but I suspect that with the size of a “looney”, they may be quite intrusive.
I don’t have any Canadian coins in my pocket at the moment, but it seems to me that the American 50¢ Mighty Mount holder may be close.
If you carefully heat the prongs on the holder, you may be able to extend or contract them a bit so that they may fit.

That was my last resort. They are 1 3/8" Diam. Plus - I'll need 25 kits - expensive!
