Anyone know if the replacement resin head bushings are still available for the C+H G60 pro wall cutter?
The part numbers are GO165 Insert bottom, and GO166 Insert top.
Thanks.

I just bought a set of 4 from Nielsen. You better be sitting down when you hear the price.........

Contact: Patty Thomas 732 928-4762 she seems to be the only one who knows what's what.

Yeah, I ordered a couple of parts for a C+H 60" mat cutter that I was selling a while ago.
The parts were at a reasonable price so I was going to order the shims for the cutting head just to have them.
I was told by LJ that these 2 or 3 head shims were over $50.
2 or 3 tiny thin shims for over $50.

I said "No thanks" and the LJ tech support person cancelled that part of the order.
I can get similar shims from a local specialty hardware supply place for about $5.

So, I had given up hope of finding the replacement bushings for my trusty old C+H wall cutter. It has been working pretty well with a small shim that we improvised, but always a source of worry that it could stop working again. I decided to bite the bullet and order a Fletcher 3100. The problem was trying to figure out a way to install that in the workroom without having to completely reconfigure the small tight space, because of its different form factor and mounting requirements.

Today, out of the blue, I received a package from Patty containing a set of replacement bushings. I installed them, and they seem to be working well so far. I think I just managed to save a couple of thousand $ and a major PITA.
