Just finished this today.
There is a problem with the title of this thread that I couldn't edit.

This is something I've never seen before. I would love to hear your client's story behind this, as I imagine it must be something pretty interesting to want to frame something so unusual.

How did you attach the can opener?

The can and opener are not attached.
The back of the frame actually opens and the items are just placed inside.
The "Break" in the "Break Glass" sticker was also modified to look broken.
