The link probably doesn't work because the article was written over 3 years ago...

It does look interesting, but I wouldn't try it based only on the author's recommendation with a phrase like this in his review "...a gigahertz of main memory...".

I wouldn't try it either, unless I had some recommendations. I just thought it looked very cool, then discovered it was history after I had asked the original question!
