Yours aren't movin' very fast either, eh Mike?

I sold one about 2 months ago and have a pile left that will probably be willed to my next o' kin some day.

People shy away when you tell them that you have to plug them in a wall outlet.

They don't want to see a cord running down the wall. They don't want to be limited to hanging above a wall outlet.

They thought that the lights just went on magically, I guess. And the battery operated lights don't last much over 40 hrs. or so before you have to change batteries.

(I don't change batteries in my smoke alarms each YEAR! I sure don't want to try to sell something with batteries that have to be changed every couple of weeks!)

Truth be told, we've been here now about five years and we laugh that every year we make at least one major mistake. Fortunately, the mistakes are getting less expensive eachyear.

This was one of them: a local lighting distributor where I USED to buy my halogens said they had lots of people asking where to buy picture lights. I said "O yeah, I'll inventorythem and give you a cash incentive to refer people to me"

Of course I brought in picture lights. And of course in six weeks they startedselling them too.

I now buy my halogens by thebox from USALIGHT.

So here I am with picture lights.

But surely, someone in Grumbleland stocks them?????

Maybe I can use them on all my pictures in my two homes?????? Then Iwon'thave any left over.
