If it is brand new why don't you just return it to the store where you purchased it from?

i paid less that for a 7890 brand new.

to bad a customer of mine... bought a brand new one for his house... . I would have told him about this.

by my calculations he has to do about 300 prints of what I was charging him to make up for his new printer instead of buying from me. so far he bought 20 or so from me before buying his...so 320 prints in total he would have bought to pay for his... LOL silly rich people
