I've decided I am sick of contracts. My contract with T-Mobile is up next month and I want o-u-t. Tired of 2 year commitments. Their internet on Blackberry is just about useless. I'm paying like $90 bucks a month and they won't let me drop the data plan so it is time to cut them loose. I still want data. Boost has a $50 a month unlimited minutes, text and data.(supposedly) Apparently they are serviced by the Sprint network. They also have a "shrinkage"(sorry guys) plan whereas every 6 months you pay on time your bill shrinks by $5 a month down to $35 after 18 months of on time payments. So, no contract, payment actually goes down over time and even though the phones aren't absolutely the best I think I am making the move.

Anybody have any experience they would like to share before I cut the cord with T-Mobile?

I have never used Boost, but I used to use a 3G USB card from Cricket.

It worked great, had good speed, and also no contract.

I have my phone with Sprint and I am happy with them. If I ever get unhappy I think I will try Cricket.

They have just basic phones, but when I surf I want a larger screen like a laptop or PC.

If you try Boost, let us know.
