I recently visited the website of a couple (literally) of reps, Penny and Cliff Safane, who I like very much and are a pleasure to business with. They have started a blog on their website and I thought I might announce it on TG for those who have those proclivities.

They have been in the business for awhile, are quite knowledgable and have been helpful to me in growing my business. So, if you are interested in blogging, give it a try. Here is the website:

I must say that even though their frames look very tasty their website is difficult to navigate what with windows within windows and scroll bars all over the place (I have a small screen).

And maybe I'm getting too old but isn't a blog supposed to be like a journal? If it gets comments then it is more like a forum, doncha think?

I want to add a "blog- like" feature on my own website but it will be only for ME to blather on about whatever - I do not plan on allowing commentary. Good grief!

Although my blog does have "comment capability", I find that few people do. Mostly if someone has something to say, they send it directly to me.

Most (if not all) of the blogs I follow have comment capability, and some of the more popular ones may have up to 5-6, sometimes as high as 10-12 comments, but nothing like a forum at all. There is seldom any "dialogue" like a forum, it's mostly just like it says, "comments."

I also have a tracker on my blog, and am consistantly amazed at where the folks come from, and the "google" search terms that brings them to it.
