Blade on 3000 Series Mat Cutter Dragging on Guide and Dulling it

We have A Fletcher 3000 Mat Cutter.. The blade that we use for mat board and foam core is hitting the back of the guide, and is dulling the tip, causing it to shred the foam core and matboard. Is there an adjustment to back the blade off?

There is an adjustment for the height of the cutting head.
You adjust the height based on the glass cutting wheel and then it should be good for the board and plexi cutters.
