Just had to share this.
I just tested the limits of my Wizard CMC!
Cut an oval inside was 24" x 50" and the outside oval was 29" x 55" It cut it so nice perfecta. I wanted to cut another just to watch it cut :D

Just don't let that head slam into the gantry. What a noise!!!!! And doncha just love the groan that Wiz makes as it does that oval. Sounds like it's gonna fall apart. Which, of course, it doesnt

The first time I cut a mat on my Wizard, I couldn't believe the noise it made.

I can handle it though. Coming from an industrial background, I'm used to things that make allot more noise than the Wizard. (And that cost more than it did also. I'm just not used to paying for it out of my own pocket!!) This thing has been a Lifesaver for me, as far as it's ability to cut consecutive mats.

My dad made jigs and tools to do the things the Wiz. does in the time that it takes to program it!

I Love It!!

Man, there is a lot of testosterone in this thread. Just like a guy........."Oh yeah well mine is bigger than your's" "nuh uh" "Is so". I suppose you all wear really big shoes too............

Just as a little sidenote.................Just my little attempt at humor, no offense meant.........you guys continue to tell fish stories.

I'm really happy for you guys, but what would really impress me is a CMC that can cut an itty-bitty, teeny-weeny oval.

By the way, my Mat Maestro :( cutting an oval sounds almost exactly like my Honda Odessey starting in the morning when it's 20 below. The difference is, the Odessey always starts.

Ron,

I don't know how teeny-weeny your talking, but on the pool balls that I did, I cut .5 inch circles for each to rest in and to pull the tulle through.

I would not have attemted that on my manual cutter!

Well, Kathy , for my part I like small and tight.

My CMC cuts a circle/oval about 1 1/2" minimum

In the real world, who want something smaller?
