bigger or faster???

MIKE(if youre watching), I saw this and wanted your opinion on which is a "better" buy. Obviously, bigger should be 'better' but faster I/O should also be better(so why cant I get 120hdd@7200rpm???)...quandry

Hey Bill.. really depends on what you plan to use with it, but if it were me I'd go with the 7200 rpm drive. 20 gigs isn't really all that much of an advantage compared with a much faster drive, but if all you plan to do with it (for example) was to stream MP3s off of it, I'd go with whichever one was cheaper.

Fast drives are an advantage if it's your primary (C) drive, as most programs will be installed to it and run from it, and the Windows memory swap file resides there as well. They're also better if you're planning on doing stuff that's very disk-intensive, like video editing.
