Our OVERRUN list of beveled mirrors was updated this morning. On it you'll find great values on premium quality, first run mirrors. The listing consists of rectangle shape mirrors. In various sizes with bevel widths ranging from at 1",
1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2" wide.
Some ideas:
After reviewing our current list, you discover that you can mate one, or more of the mirrors offered with a moulding you have left-over from a previous framing job. To create a unique, premium quality, framed mirror, of an upscale appearance. Which your customer won't find eleswhere. And since you have used left-over moulding, with a reduced priced mirror, you can offer it (if you wish), at a very attractive price point.
Your customer has selected an expensive moulding, in which he or she wishes to frame a beveled mirror. Most (if not all), customers have a mentally predetermined idea of an "acceptable" price. Their calculations are rarely based on fact, but rather, assumption. After they balk at your finished price for the dimensions they have provided you, you review the OVERRUN list to seek a close size match. Chances are, if they're a little flexible, you may be able to save the sale by changing the frame size to suit an OVERRUN size.
If you work with designers, furniture stores, commercial or corporate clients,( or would like to!), you can now offer them competitively priced, upscale framed mirrors. You provide them with a product that they won't find, and therefore, can't price shop at the BIG BOX.
For those occasions where your customer:
Wants a particular moulding.
Wants a particular size.
Wants a particular or unique bevel width.
Wants it immediately if not sooner.
We offer custom beveled mirrors of the size you want. With either a 1/2, 3/4, 1,1-1/4, 1-1/2, and 2-inch wide bevel. Our typical lead-time for those that are outside of our current delivery area is 5 business days. For those that are in our delivery area, the lead time is 2 business days, with specific delivery date dependent on our regularly scheduled service day for your area. Please call us for a quote.
The above applies exclusively to rectangles and squares. If your particular job does not have 4 90-degree(right) angles it is considered a shape. All shape beveling quotes require the submission of a drawing. A template cut to the actual shape and size is required to perform the work. The template must be made of rigid cardboard, foam board, or plywood.
