What’s the best way to get this on to the foam board? It’s one of those scratchable maps and was rolled up. I used atg tape on corners to hold down but don’t want this to bubble up. Thanks for the advice.

Drymounting or cold mounting is usually the way. For the scratch-off posters, I've never actually used foamboard, because in my head I always assume it's too soft. I would drymount to matboard, and then reinforce/glue to foamcore, or use a harder self adhesive board like Crescent Perfect Mount. That way the backboard doesn't dent in as they scratch off as easily, but again, I've never actually tested it on foamcore alone--that's just my assumption. I'd love to hear of any other framers who have done it for themselves and are able to testify how easy it is to scratch off the areas afterwards.

I've mounted plastic-backed maps to Canvas Mount Cor, and it's worked well.
Not as hard as some other substrates, but at least it sticks. One benefit of Mount Cor is that it has super tiny holes,
all over the board, which prevent bubbling. Haven't tried Crescent Perfect Mount, yet. When mounting a plastic-backed
map, I lightly abrade the back, to help with adhesion. Then, make sure to wipe off any bits left from that process, so
they don't deboss through the paper, when mounting.

Check the thermal sensitivity of the map prior to using a heat mount process.
I seem to remember a thread from long ago where dry mounting was attempting with bad results.
