Just finished framing up this Rick Nash jersey for a charity auction. The challenge was to show his number and Stinger on the sleeves and still fit it into a 32x40 frame. I have never extended the sleeves under the mat before, but I like the look. There was no way of folding the sleeves that I could find that would fit this criteria. I like the way it turned out and will now suggest framing other hockey jerseys this way.

Gee Dave... the big guys just cut the sleeves off..... I mean, it's not like they're
going to use the jersey again.. :D

Great looking job, and very clean . . . except the ink scribble smudge on the shirt
on the left of the chest..

I think some dabbing with toothpaste or dish soap will get that out. :D

The customer just picked this up a few minutes ago. He absolutely loved it. He was a bit worried about spending so much of framing it. I told him that I would open the bidding with the amount of the framing. That way he was sure to at least cover their out of pocket expenses and start the bidding at proper amount.
