Brian K, on another thread just mentioned benefits. I was surprised to see the matched IRA. Jay Goltz mentioned benefits in a recent PFM article, talking about 401Ks.
We give paid vacation time to full time employees, with one or two weeks after a certain number of years on the job, half paid PPO health insurance, paid federal holidays for days full time employees usually work, & sick days--all after a 6 mo training period. I would be interested to hear about other's experiences with retirement plans, manager's profit sharing, and so on.
What benefits are the rest of you paying or getting, and any thoughts on retirement benefits?
