I just got back from a "How To Prepare Your Property Tax Statement" workshop for the shop. New owner, new account, new property list. ACK!!

I figured one hour learning how they want it done would save me 3 or 4 hours trying to figure it out on my own and then probably still be wrong.

Good thing I did, if I'd done it the way the previous owner did, it would've cost me a lot more, money and time (and we all know Time Is Money!!).

It's hot and smokey (wildfires) and I'm resisting the grumpiness I feel coming on thinking about property taxes. So, I'm just not going to think about it! There!

And you're right, I need to be grateful that I'm here with my own business and not someone else's or the BB, and able to do stuff like property taxes, etc. Gratitude, gratitude.
