Bainbridge Acid Free FB quality

I've bought several boxes of Bainbridge Acid Free FB both 3/16" and 1/8" over the past few months and noticed the quality has been terrible. Every single sheet in the box is warped and wavy. One box was so bad that I had to get a replacement from the vendor, and the replacement wasn't that much better. I told my rep. and he looked into it, and said they haven't had any complaints from anyone else. I though it was probably the way it was stored at the warehouse so I tried a different vendor. Just got a box of 3/16" and 1/8" in this morning. 3/16" was slightly warped but better. 1/8" is terrible, warped like it's twisted.

Is anyone else seeing this with Bainbridge Acid Free FB? Is it time for me to switch brands? How's Encore's Acid Free Foamboard?

Yes I've noticed it too - sometimes worse than others. Talked to the rep and a sales manager who happened by that day and they suggested that they were addressing it but not much has changed. I'm buying Bienfang which seems better.

Is there a worse answer in the whole world? I hate when they give you that nonsense. I don't care if anyone else has complained. Look at it and tell me that it's ok! Whether it's just this box or it's all of them doesn't matter to me. Just fix it!

Hart board is as good as any, but I doubt most of you can get it or have heard of it.
