I have a stacked moulding for a canvas. It is very deep and the position it will be haning from the traffic will not view it from the side, but nonetheless, I want to hide the natural wood color if someone does happen to glance on the side...

What process would you suggest. I am thinking a mat black paint. But do I need to seal it first?

Thanks,

Roz

Flat black acyrlic should work fine and dry fast. Shouldn't have to seal it for the purpose you're going for.

Roz, black is usually "Penquin" not "seal".
