What are the costs of this machine? We work now with some automated saw machine. But needs a lot of maintanance and lot of dust

Hi,

Thank you for your message regarding the Autobyte.
The Autobyte 3602D cutting machine uses a mitre cutter rather than the conventional saw. It produces almost zero dust due to the mitre cutting action. The waste product is collected at the side of the machine in chipping form. The cutting head is a version of the Morso system. The size of the frames required is programmed via the operator keypad. Pneumatic clamps hold the material during the cutting process.
This will be a similar system to the automated saw you presently use, but with the dust and constant maintenance.

This machine is a preowned machine, in good condition and will be serviced and prepared for resale prior to delivery. This Autobyte 3602D is a version 2 model and has been very well looked after by our client and serviced by ourselves. It works very well and produces a quality mitre as expected. It is available for £13000 Ex-Works, Dorset, UK.

We also are able to supply new or reconditioned Autobyte 3602D version 3 cutting machines.

The reconditioned machines are fully rebuilt machines to the latest specification. Each machine is rebuilt from the ground up using new proprietary parts. The manufactured parts are refinished and reused where possible, and replaced if they are not fit to reuse. These machines are the latest generation 3 Autobytes and benefit from the latest technologies. The operation of the machine remains unchanged from the earlier versions.

The cost of the reconditioned machines are £32000.00 including installation, training and 12 month Warranty.

New machines are also available at £48000.00 with the same warranty etc.

These are Exworks so exclude shipping.
Shipping of reconditioned machine are 12- 14 weeks from receipt of order and deposit.
Delivery of new machines are 14-16 weeks from receipt of order and deposit.

If you are able to supply an email I will send a video of the used machine in use.

What framing do you manufacture?

What materials do you use?

Kind regards,

Jason

This was a reported post, so we did some research.

It may or may not be the company mentioned in these reviews. The JES business website appears to be gone/no longer valid.

Whatch out! This guy is a fraud and a thief. He stole our money and also from a lot of others. Check all reviews on google and Yell. His name is Jason Gardner from the company JES Machinery. He is located in Poole.

I am sharing my experience with Jason Gardner to warn others and hopefully prevent more businesses from falling victim to his practices.

In 2019, I paid Jason Gardner over 18k for equipment, including the Cyclone machine. Over the course of three years, Jason failed to deliver what was promised. He provided endless excuses, missed deadlines, ignored calls and messages, and continually lied about progress. Despite repeated assurances, he never fulfilled his commitments.

Even after receiving samples much later than agreed, he still failed to deliver the equipment and continued to stall and delay, providing excuse after excuse. His behavior shows a clear pattern of dishonesty, not just with me but with many other customers, as evidenced by the increasing number of negative reviews from others experiencing the same.

Jason has admitted he cannot refund payments or deliver equipment without securing new sales, meaning he is relying on other people’s money to cover existing debts—an extremely risky and unethical business practice.

Key points from my experience:

  • Three years of broken promises, delays, and false assurances.
  • Failure to deliver equipment I paid for in full.
  • Ignored phone calls, emails, and messages when I asked for updates.
  • Repeated attempts to pressure me into removing honest reviews, claiming they were harming his ability to do business—while withholding my refund.
  • Admitted he needed future sales to refund me—proof of unsustainable and unethical practices.
  • I have now demanded a full refund and am pursuing legal action, filing complaints with Trading Standards and Action Fraud, and notifying Craft Inc. about his conduct.

🚨 I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Jason Gardner to stay away.
If you are currently in a similar situation, speak up and take action.
