Authentic fruit labels

I'm trying to find a source for authentic fruit and vegetable labels that were put on the end of the wooden crates that they were shipped in. I'm thinking that there use to be a company out of Arizona or Nevada that was a trading post of some kind that use to have a wide variety of them. I'm looking for a particular label. It says "Basketball" across the top. Its an orange/lemon label from California. I found one for 75.00. That seems a little pricey to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out Ebay. There are a number of dealers there that specialize in crate labels.

I collect crate labels and have bought several on Ebay from a seller named "labelman". He's in California and always has a good selection, his prices are reasonable and he ships quickly. I just did a search by seller on Ebay and saw that he has over 1000 labels currently listed.

The price varies greatly on labels. Some are highly collectible and the price reflects it. More common labels can go for just a couple of dollars.
