Just a FYI for you. Under the utilities screen there is an option to "back up". That feature is not a "real backup feature" according to FullCalc.
This is a feature that "copies" files and does not always copy every file.
Make sure to use another form of backup instead of/besides the tool under the utilities screen.
This is information that I learned today with their support people. We had to rebuild our databases and any of our vendors that we manually put in were deleted and even though we "backed up" FullCalc, it wasn't all there.
