Thanks for posting that information. I'm sure F-6100 owners will be pleased to know you are involved.
My F-6100 has been replaced by a new machine, but I know that to be a high-quality, durable CMC design, even though it is probably 15 years old. I guess most of them are still in use today.
I know you offer upgrade kits for the F-6100 machines, but have you considered offering one or more standard Maintenance Agreements for these older machines? Some owners might feel more comfortable about keeping their older work-horse CMCs if they have the assurance of pre-arranged parts and technical help.
