I will be attending a convention in Columbus this coming weekend.I have a 16x20 painting on watercolor paper I will be offering for sale,it is NOT matted or mounted(frankly, I don`t have a bag big enough to put it in with a mat,and don`t wanna drag a frame that large around..and I just finished said art last night, and yadda, yadda, yadda). I was wondering if anyone would like to be offered as a GREAT LOCAL framer to take the item to....avoids me having to take it back home and ship it out.Keep me out of the BB circuit! L.
 
Take it to Dave at Frame Makers. He has a mountain of moulding and can hook you up with a great deal. He also stocks every matboard color.
 
Not for me....I`ll take it back home and finish it myself! Just wanted a ref for a possible local customer :D. I`m pricing it rather high,so I will hopefully get to keep it(or faint over the buyer saying OK...It`s happened there),thing`s growing on me......L.
 
You won't find any higher quality or better designs than Dave. If they want high end he will make them tear up over his work.

Watch out! Twice I put what I thought was a high price on a painting, thinking that way I would get to keep it and....cha ching! They both sold!!

Oh well...I really needed the money but....:(

Yup...At this show too.Seems the treasurer collects art,and will ONLY buy originals.Great opportunity to drag em out here. :DL.
 
I have a store in Clintonville (just north of the university) and one in Powell (north west suburb) Jim Millers shop is in Pickerington (far east side) and Shana is shop is in the Upper Arlington/Grandview area.
 
Mar, that is just the active grumblers in the Columbus area. There are even a few others that are rarely on here.
