Attachment Error

All of a sudden I can't view any attachments???

I click on the image and it goes to a page that says I can't view it because it has errors.

Is it me or the "G"

Nothing has changed on my end here.

I suspect it may have to do with the major software upgrade happening later this week. We are bouncing back and forth between the production and test servers, while Framer is tweaking the new software and preparing to let it loose.

I'm sure this will be sorted by Sunday, when we go live with the new system.

Please post what OS and browser you are using.

I've had a one W2k with IE6 have issues after a resent upgrade or bug fix from MS.

The problem is you see the thumbnail but cannot view the image. Never saw the issue with Firefox or IE7 and most ie6 builds.

I hope that becomes a non issue with the upgrade.

I have not changed anything on the live board.

I tried it on IE at my home computer and it works just fine. When I get back to the gallery in the AM I'll try it on the IE version and report back to you.

I can see the attachments in IE (on the same computer) but not in Firefox...still getting an error. Both are the latest software versions.

Let me know what's up with this when you get a chance.

Please report the exact browser version and build number and operating system and build number.

Saying the latest means little.

I have to be able to reproduce the problem to start and figure out where the breakdown occurs.

Fixed!!

In trying to analyze what was going on here I realized I installed SKYPE on this computer 2 days ago and in addition to the program it also installed a "SKYPE toolbar" as an add-on to Firefox.

It seems that the add-on was the problem. I removed it (but not the SKYPE program) and the attachments now appear. The SKYPE program functions just fine without the add-on.

Sorry to cause any trouble but it seems to have been on my end.
