I spent some time with Arteck at the PPFA show in San Diego and I was impressed with their software. I had some doubts about how complete their database really was and I didn't like the fact that I got three different prices on two visits to their booth.

I would like to know if anyone else is using the software.
I too hae ben quoted different prices and the sales reps seem to be easily confused with basic questions.
The soft ware does look nice but I shouldn't be able to stump sales reps on the first conversation.
