And that is exactly why a post-nump' is a part of my business plan. I've heard this too many times when exploring the route of owning a business. I wish you the best possible outcome.
 
You mean to say I can't strike a contractual agreement with my wife with the aid of a lawyer as situations change over the years? She's completely on board with the idea as well-- I know it sounds kind of nefarious to some, but this is an arrangement we both agree on.
 
Sure you can, but better do it before (pre) than after (post) nuptial!

Before is easy, take it or leave it.

After, it's already taken and you're just praying she has a bad lawyer....:p
