Cheryl did have a little sitting around...and I think I may be able to 2+2 and get this order done. (Looking for a few more feet...)

If that doesn't work, have you called Orr Moulding?
They carry Arquati now, too.
 
Thanks to Cheryl and the good people at Hampton Roads http://www.hrws.com/, I have the frames I need on the way.

Now I just have to let the customer know just how special she is to (probably) have the last two matching frames made in the United States ;)....
