Arakawa Hanging System

In a previous thread, I noted that the Arakawa hanging system was hard to understand and price based on my research on their website.

Just to let people know, I got a very gracious email from Peter Gutmman, President of Arakawa, offering to assist in any way and letting me know how they quote their product.

I got quotes in from his office today for my requirements, and they are totally competitive with those I got from other vendors. The Arakawa product has a lot of flexibility and the technical prowess behind it is impressive.

Just FYI that a company saw a grumble and immediately stepped in to address it with courtesy and professionalism.

Good for them!

We buy from them and are pleased with their customer service. Prices are a little high but the quality is good. That sounds like a contradiction....prices are ok. There. Better.

You can get some of their products through LJ but we usually go to the source.
