Question Anyone Know the name of this print? Its by B.W. Leader and from 1900

I doing some research for my neighbor and wondering if anyone out there in Framer land knows what the name of this print is. It is by BW Leader and from 1900, its printed by Arthur Tooth and Sons and I think it is a photograve. Sorry for the crappy picture its still in the frame at there house but if its worth something they want to have it spiffed up. Any info would be great.
