Anyone know an anti rain dance that works?

We are preparing for a huge outdoor art show (The 27th annual Magic City Art Connection) this Friday-Sunday. This is our 1st time at this juried art show (the art photography portion of my business will be on display.) I've printed up 5,000 postcards and business cards that have framing on one side and the portrait photography on the other. Last year saw attendance of 35,000. I looked at the extended weather forecast and it calls for thunderstorms all day sat. I also plan on handing out hundreds of $25 off custom framing certificates. These certificates have really brought in the customers at past art shows. I'm going outside to start my anti-rain dance - keep your fingers crossed. Any Grumblers close to Birmingham please come by booth #257 and say hi.

Where's the show going to be held? Birmingham is only about 2.5 hours from here, haven't been over that way since last August. Could be worth a trip.

The festival is located in Linn park Across from the Birmingham Art Museum, The county courthouse and City Hall.

Well the anti ran dance didn't work. We set up our booth on Thursday. We found out at 5:30 p.m. friday that the show was canceled for Saturday because of the threat of tornados, hail and straight line winds. We took all of our art back to the vehicles, took down the tent and walls and tarped every thing left to the ground. We'll be back Sunday to set everything back up (that is unless the tornado tosses it on the roof of one of the surrounding skyscrapers.

You just didn't push north hard enough on those storms. We're getting light rain but we really could use a few good soaking storms. We can handle it. We're on sand.
