I framed an antique plate for a customer(unaware that is was to be shipped) and the plate slipped out of the hanger during shipping. Is there anyone out there I can recomend to her granddaughter to get it placed back in the hanger. And do I offer to pay for it or not?
 
I would not pay to have it fixed, as they did not tell you that it was going to be shipped.

And, there are a few framers in the Broadripple area of Indianapolis. But off hand, I don't remember their names.
