Hello I'm rather new to picture framing, just trying to start up and having a problem with locating suppliers, in the West Middlands of the UK. Are there any suppliers out there who a) want to supply smallish quantities to start with and b) who sell mouldings by the "chop". This is my first posting of a message on the message board hoping it won't be my last !

I am down in Cornwall and we used LIONS of Birmingham a lot, admittedly for accessories, but they do moulding as well...
Also ARQADIA, they have a superb range of moulding. Plus they deliver in small quantities. ie one pack.. four sticks in number
Also SIMONS, they will deliver one stick if required.
They both do chop service as well..
If a problem then please ring me in the shop

Also..Ashworth and Thompson based in Nottingham have a good range and do a chop service.An expensive way to do framing if you ask me.But you didn,t...I,ll get my coat.
