You may remember my other puzzle question on this thread:

http://www.thegrumble.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=006407#000000

Well, I wound up using the Crescent bright core (black w/yellow core), spaced it off a black backround with a standard rectangle opening and a v-groove with rounded corners. Looked good.

The client has brought another one in. This one has 39 of those 4 x 4 puzzle pieces. Will be 60 x 30 when I'm done. My problem this time is mounting!

Last time I just used conservation pass-thru hinges on each of the pieces. But 39 of them!! I just can't imagine trying to layout 39 pass-thru hinges! I have considered a sheet of mylar, but I am not sure it will old them in place well enough because they are somewhat heavy.

Oh yes, they are the signature of Harvey Ball the smiley face guy and conservation is important. Will be using uv-acrylic, etc.

Thanks for any mounting suggestions!
