We bought a new shrinkwrapper maybe 2 years ago at most from Clearmount Corp. . Last week, after replacing the wire, we just could not get the thing to work. Called Clearmount, they could not get to the root of the problem over the phone. They sent out a machine on loan (which we received the following day), then we shipped our machine to them. 2 days later the problem is fixed (apparently the wire we put on was from our old machine and too heavy for this unit). Winnie called just now to say it was cleaned up, fixed up, and ready to go with a backup wire. All I pay for is the shipping! How's that for service?
