Just a quick question, since I don't use that many aluminum frames, and certainly not big ones. What would you use (NB profiles only) for 60" wide. I don't know yet if it will have any glass.

Inquiry from husband's customer and I simply don't have more information at this point.

Depending on how thick the printing substrate is, do you plan to use spring clips or fill out the back?

For future reference, if it did bear some weight, I like profile 95 for the larger size frame.

I'd still run a wire across the back to keep the frame from bowing. A 60" rail is awfully long.

It's easy enough to do. Put one hanger in each rail close to center. Leave one loosely in the rail and one tight. Run picture wire across. Then slide the loose hanger until it is good and taut and tighten into the rail. This will eliminate any bowing which can be problematic if a person picks up the frame improperly.
